Hazy BD Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

Hazy bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides online betting and gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hazy bd.

By using any hazy bd service, you confirm that you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any objection to any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are governed by the rules of the relevant international licensing authority and the applicable regulations of hazy bd's operating jurisdiction.

If both a Bangla and an English version of these terms exist, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on hazy bd. hazy bd reserves the right to close any account registered with false information and forfeit any deposited funds.

Each person may only register one account. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held will be forfeited.

Before processing a withdrawal, hazy bd may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include:

• Clear photocopy of national ID card or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account registration
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. hazy bd cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

Hazy bd supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method)
• All deposits must come from your own account – third-party payments are not accepted
• Deposits are usually credited within 5–15 minutes; if there's a delay, please contact our support team
• Hazy bd does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit
• Hazy bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 until KYC verification is complete
• Standard processing time: 1–24 hours (3–5 business days for bank transfers)

If any transaction appears fraudulent or suspicious, hazy bd may place it on hold or cancel it entirely, and report it to the relevant authorities.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on hazy bd and are equally effective across all bet types — Sports, Casino, and Lottery.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (unless a cash-out option is available for in-play bets)
• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance
• Hazy bd reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error

• If cancelled before the match starts – full refund of the bet amount
• If a match is suspended after being half played – the result will be determined in accordance with hazy bd's rules
• If a rescheduled match is pushed back more than 48 hours, the original bet will be considered void

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent change in odds will not apply to previously placed bets.

Hazy bd regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• A specific turnover (wagering) requirement must be met to qualify for a bonus
• Bonus funds are held in a separate wallet from your cash balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Multiple bonuses cannot generally be stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or placing artificial bets — is a punishable offence. In such cases, the account will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

Hazy bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already claimed will not generally be revoked.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hazy bd and will result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Placing bets using automated scripts, bots, or artificial software
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of results
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of arbitrage betting or bonus arbitrage
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the app or website

Hazy bd may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of terms
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Regulatory Authority Guidelines
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal.

If you have a dispute, contact hazy bd's support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.

• Step 1: Contact the support team via live chat or email
• Step Two: If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint
• Step 3: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to the licensing authority for mediation

Hazy bd is not liable for:

• Lost or missed bets due to internet connection failure
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Account compromise due to the user's own negligence
• Losses caused by unforeseen technical failures (force majeure)

Hazy bd's total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the transaction directly related to the incident.

Hazy bd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through in-app notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any updates will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
